Our Benefits
Vacation
and Sick Time: Vacation and Sick Time is
based on a standard daily accrual considering length of service and the
individual’s anniversary date. Group
Health and Life Insurance: Group Health
and Life Insurance is provided to the employee at no cost. Health coverage is
also available to the spouse and dependents, with the cost to the employee.
A medical expense reimbursement plan is also provided to assist with eligible expenses incurred out-of-pocket. 401(k)
Profit Sharing Plan: This plan is a
defined contribution 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. The IRS allows tax-free earnings to the
employees’ accounts. All full-time employees who have one year of service are
eligible to participate in the plan.
West & Company, LLC provides a 3% of compensation required contribution and 100% immediate vesting.
Cafeteria
Plan: This plan is a cafeteria-type
welfare benefit plan, under which eligible employees may elect between
taxable cash compensation or non-taxable medical insurance premium
conversion, medical expense reimbursement, and child and dependent care
assistance expense reimbursement. Continuing
Professional Education and CPA Examination: The firm pays for all continuing professional education and a one-time
