Compensation: The firm's general compensation policy is to pay competitive and fair compensation in order to attract and retain the best possible employees. Each employee's progress and compensation will be reviewed at least annually.

Vacation and Sick Time: Vacation and Sick Time is based on a standard daily accrual considering length of service and the individual’s anniversary date.

Group Health and Life Insurance: Group Health and Life Insurance is provided to the employee at no cost. Health coverage is also available to the spouse and dependents, with the cost to the employee. A medical expense reimbursement plan is also provided to assist with eligible expenses incurred out-of-pocket.

401(k) Profit Sharing Plan: This plan is a defined contribution 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. The IRS allows tax-free earnings to the employees’ accounts. All full-time employees who have one year of service are eligible to participate in the plan. West & Company, LLC provides a 3% of compensation required contribution and 100% immediate vesting.

Cafeteria Plan: This plan is a cafeteria-type welfare benefit plan, under which eligible employees may elect between taxable cash compensation or non-taxable medical insurance premium conversion, medical expense reimbursement, and child and dependent care assistance expense reimbursement.

Continuing Professional Education and CPA Examination: The firm pays for all continuing professional education and a one-time flat fee for sitting for the CPA exam.
